Return Window & Eligibility
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for services provided by Defect Safe. To be eligible for a return, the service must be deemed unsatisfactory or not in accordance with the agreed-upon quality standards.
Quality Assurance Solutions-Specific Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Quality Assurance Plans tailored to specific client needs.
- Digital goods, including software tools and reports delivered electronically.
- Services that have been fully rendered and accepted by the client.
Return Condition Requirements
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The service must have been provided within the last 30 days.
- The client must provide documentation or evidence demonstrating the lack of quality or service failure.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@defectsafe.com. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and any supporting documentation. Our team will guide you through the return process.
Refund Method & Timeline
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval of the return request.
Exchanges
Exchanges are not applicable for services provided by Defect Safe. If you require a different service or quality assurance solution, please initiate a new order.
Defective / Wrong Items
If you believe you have received a defective service or an incorrect report, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will review your claim and, if validated, provide a resolution, which may include a refund or a re-evaluation of the service.
